Launch campaigns
with confidence

The right people, reachable and ready, before the first send.

Client Solutions

Is your audience ready for launch day?

The date is set and the creative is nearly there. We make sure your audience is campaign-ready too: the people you're about to contact are reachable, correctly targeted and the right ones for this campaign. Then we tell you where to focus, before you commit budget.

Bespoke projects. No subscription. Works with your existing CRM.

Sound familiar?

The launch date is fixed. Your audience shouldn't be a guess.

Most campaign plans get plenty of attention on the message, the creative and the send schedule. The audience it's all going to often gets less, usually because there isn't time.

Your database has been built up over years, from past registrations, exhibitor lists, imports and enquiries. It holds real value. The question before any launch is simple: how much of it can you use for this campaign, and is it enough of the right people?

What we hear in the weeks before launch

“How many people can we actually reach?”

The database looks big, but nobody's sure how much of it is current.

“Our segments won't build properly.”

Job titles and sectors are inconsistent, so targeting by role or seniority is guesswork.

“We're short of a key audience.”

One buyer group or sector is thin, and the campaign needs them.

“We don't have time to fix it ourselves.”

The team is busy getting the campaign out, not checking records by hand.

A confident launch isn't about mailing more people. It's about knowing you're reaching the right ones.

How we help

Six things a campaign-ready audience has

We start with what the campaign needs to achieve, then work through each of these. You don't need to know which one you need. Finding that out is part of the job.

01

Reachable

Will our emails arrive?

We validate the contacts you plan to send to, identify generic and personal inboxes, remove duplicates and flag anything uncertain for a person to check.

Fewer bounces, wasted sends and risks to your sender reputation.

02

Complete

Do we have the details we target on?

We fill gaps in job titles, organisation details and locations, and replace people who have moved on with the current role holder.

More of your database can be targeted and personalised.

03

Organised

Can we send the right message to each group?

We categorise contacts by job function, seniority, sector and organisation type, using your categories if you have them or ours if you don't.

Segments that build cleanly, ready for tailored messaging.

04

Safe to send

Are we contacting only the people we should?

We review suppressions against your opt-outs, exclusion lists and existing customers or exhibitors, so the right people are held back.

A cleaner send and fewer awkward replies.

05

Prioritised

Where should we focus first?

We show how many contacts you can reach in each segment and recommend which audiences to prioritise for this campaign's goal.

Budget and effort go where they'll make the biggest difference.

06

Big enough

What if we don't have enough of the right people?

If a key segment is thin, we research and build the organisations and decision-makers you're missing, checked against what you already hold. We can also map your wider market to show what you're not yet reaching.

New, relevant contacts in the segments the campaign needs most.

How it works

From launch date to launch-ready

Tell us what the campaign needs to achieve and when it goes live. We'll plan the work around your date.

  1. 1

    Start with the campaign

A conversation about the objective, the audiences that matter and your launch date. You don't need a brief; we'll write it with you.

  2. 2

    Check where you stand

We assess the data you plan to use: how much is reachable, complete and categorised, and where the gaps are.

  3. 3

    Fix and fill

We validate contacts, fill missing details and replace people who have moved on. Anything uncertain is checked by a specialist.

  4. 4

    Organise and protect

We segment the audience the way your team will target it and apply your suppressions.

  5. 5

    Top up where you're thin

If a priority segment is short, we build the missing organisations and contacts, checked against what you already hold.

  6. 6

    Hand over, ready to launch

You get a campaign-ready file for your CRM or email platform, plus a short summary of what we found and which audiences to prioritise.

What you get

What you'll know before you press send

Every project is shaped around your campaign, but most deliver a combination of the following.

How many people you can reach

A clear count of valid, usable contacts, by segment, before you commit budget.

A file you can load straight in

Validated, structured records formatted for your CRM or campaign platform.

Segments that match your plan

Contacts grouped by role, seniority, sector and organisation type, ready for tailored messages.

The right people held back

Suppressions applied, so you contact only the audience you should.

Where you're thin

The segments that are under-represented, with options to build what's missing.

What to do next

A short summary of what we found, what we changed and which audiences to prioritise.

Less time fixing data in launch week, more time on the campaign, and a clear answer when someone asks who it's going to.

For event teams

Every launch in your event cycle

An event isn't one campaign. It's several, each with its own audience and deadline. We plan the data work so each one starts from a good base.

  1. 10–12 months out

    Exhibitor and sponsor campaigns

Get prospect data accurate and segmented before the sales team starts calling. Need new names? See who to sell to next.

  2. 7–9 months out

    Visitor campaign launch

Prepare your visitor database for launch, segment it by audience and find the groups you'll need to grow.

  3. 4–6 months out

    Registration push

Late-stage builds and top-ups aimed at the visitor segments that are still under-represented.

  4. After the event

    Ready for next time

Clean and enrich registration data before it goes into your CRM, so the next launch starts ahead. Ongoing data management.

FAQs

Launching with confidence: your questions answered

What does campaign-ready data actually mean?

It means the contacts you plan to use are reachable, complete enough to target and personalise, organised into the segments your campaign needs and free of people you shouldn't be contacting. It also means you know whether you have enough of the right people.

How is this different from a standard data cleanse?

A cleanse focuses on fixing records. We start with your campaign objective, then combine validation, enrichment, segmentation and suppression with recommendations on which audiences to prioritise, and build new contacts where you're short.

When should we get in touch?

As early as you can, ideally before campaign planning is finalised so the findings can shape your targeting. For events, that's usually 7–9 months before the show for visitor campaigns and 10–12 months out for exhibitor campaigns. If your launch is closer than that, talk to us anyway and we'll tell you what's realistic.

What if we don't have enough of the right people?

We'll show you which segments are thin. We can then research and build the missing organisations and contacts to your brief, checked against what you already hold so you only receive new records.

Can you use our own segments and naming conventions?

Yes. We can segment your database using your categories, or use ours if you don't have them.

How do you handle suppressions and data protection?

We apply your opt-outs, exclusion lists and any other suppressions you need, and we agree data sources and the lawful basis with you at the start of every project. You'll need the right permissions in place to share your data with us for processing, and we'll talk this through with you.

Do we need to change our CRM or email platform?

No. We return the data in a format ready for your existing CRM and marketing tools.

How long does it take, and how is it priced?

It depends on the size of your data and the work needed. Every project is scoped to your campaign and agreed upfront, with timings that fit your launch date. There's no subscription.

Got a launch coming up?

Tell us what the campaign needs to achieve and when it goes live. We'll look at the audience you have, show you where it's strong and where it's thin, and suggest where to focus. No obligation.
