How to trust your data
Campaign with confidence, powered by clean and reliable data
How to trust your data
How to get more from your audience
Better campaigns start with cleaner data.
Duplicate contacts, outdated job titles, invalid email addresses or missing details make it harder to reach the right people and get the most from your marketing. If you end up fixing lists and questioning whether your data is ready to use, instead of focusing on campaigns, then your data needs a routine cleanse.
Validation tools can help plug some of the gaps, but this isn’t the same as getting your database campaign-ready.
That’s the part we take responsibility for.

Sound familiar?
The fields are filled in. You’re still not sure you can rely on them.
Most marketers who come to us haven’t done anything wrong. They’ve used good tools to enrich their CRM or build a list, and the tools did what they’re designed to do: return data quickly, at scale.
The trouble starts when a campaign is about to launch and nobody can say with confidence how much of that data is current, accurate and relevant to the audience you actually need.
Signs the trust isn’t there yet:
Bounces and wrong contacts appear even after the data was enriched.
Job titles and company details don’t match what your team knows about the market.
You can’t tell which values were verified and which were a best guess.
Segments by role, seniority or sector won’t build cleanly.
Your team is double-checking records by hand before every send.
The list looks big, but you’re not sure it’s the right audience.
Trust doesn’t come from more data. It comes from knowing which data is right, what’s uncertain and what’s missing, and having someone accountable for the answer.
The guide
How to trust your data in five steps
You can use this approach whether you work with us or not. Each step shows where we can take the work off your hands.
-
1
Start with the outcome, not the record count
Decide what the data has to achieve: registrations, exhibitor leads, a new sector, a sales pipeline. Then define the audience that will deliver it. “Trustworthy” only means something against a clear objective.
-
2
Find out where you stand today
Before fixing anything, get an evidence-based view of how valid, complete and well categorised your data is. That tells you what to fix first and stops you spending on the wrong things.
-
3
Validate, and be honest about uncertainty
Every record should come back with a clear status: valid, invalid, uncertain or higher-risk. Automated checks handle the volume. Anything the automation can’t resolve with confidence needs a person to investigate, not a guess.
-
4
Fill gaps with evidence, then organise around your audience
Research missing job titles and organisation details, and replace people who have moved on with the current role holder. Then group contacts by function, seniority, sector and organisation type, using your categories if you already have them.
-
5
Keep it current
People change jobs and organisations merge or rebrand. Trust slips away gradually, so build in a regular review rather than starting from scratch before every campaign.
How we help
Data you can launch with confidence
Tell us what you’re trying to achieve. We’ll assess what you have, fix what’s holding it back and tell you what it means. You get a finished, quality-checked result, not another platform to manage.
We don’t just make your data better. We make it something you can rely on.
Data Validation & Cleansing
Every record is classed as valid, invalid, uncertain or higher-risk. We remove duplicates, standardise formats and investigate by hand anything automation can’t confidently resolve. You get a health report on what we found and what we did.
Fewer bounces, a protected sender reputation and numbers you can stand behind.
Data Quality & Database Health
Your Audience Health Score: an evidence-based view of how valid, complete and well categorised your database is, with the priority fixes identified before any work begins.
A clear starting point, so effort and budget go where they make the most difference.
Campaign Data Readiness
We start with your campaign objective, then validate, enrich, segment and review suppressions, finishing with recommendations on which audiences to prioritise and where coverage is thin.
You know how many of the right people you can reach before you commit budget.
Enrichment & Ongoing Data Management
We research missing job titles, organisation details and locations, and replace contacts who have moved on with the current role holder. Ongoing support keeps your data current between campaigns.
More contacts you can target and personalise, and data that stays trustworthy over time.
Need more of the right people?
If your database can’t deliver the audience you need, we can build it. We research the organisations and contacts you’re missing to your criteria, map your whole market to show who you’re not yet reaching, and organise the result around your segments.
Why you can rely on the result
Technology does the heavy lifting. People make the calls.
Our TDB-AI framework handles repetitive work at speed: classifying, enriching, validating and segmenting. Our specialists scope the work, investigate the exceptions and check the quality. Nothing uncertain is quietly passed off as fact.

FAQs
Trusting your data: your questions answered
We’ve already used an AI enrichment tool. Why isn’t the data good enough?
Tools like these are built to return data quickly and at scale from the sources they hold. They’re useful for that. What they can’t always do is tell you which results are uncertain, research the records they can’t match, or judge whether the data fits the audience your campaign needs. That’s the gap we fill.
Do we have to stop using HubSpot, ZoomInfo or Apollo?
No. We work alongside your existing CRM and tools, and return data in a format that loads straight back into them.
How do we know your data is right?
Every record gets a clear status rather than a silent best guess. Automated checks handle the volume, our specialists investigate anything uncertain, and the final output is quality-checked by a person. You also get a summary of what we found, what we changed and what we recommend.
Where should we start?
Usually with a conversation about what you’re trying to achieve, followed by an assessment of the data you already have. That shows what to fix first and whether you need to build new audience data as well.
What do you need from us?
An authorised export of your data (Excel or CSV), a description of the fields, and your objectives and concerns. You’ll need to have the right permissions in place to share the data for processing, and we’ll talk this through with you at the start.
Is there a subscription?
No. Work is scoped around your objective and agreed upfront. If you’d like ongoing support to keep your data current, we can set that up too.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your data and the work needed. We’ll agree timings with you upfront so they fit your campaign plan.
Ready for data you can rely on?
Tell us what you tried, what you need the data to do and when your next campaign launches. We’ll talk it through and suggest a sensible place to start. No obligation.
